Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every formulation in your Method with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right for your skin, you have 14 days from your purchase date to return it for a full refund or exchange, whether the product has been used or not.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return we'll need proof of purchase. This can be your order confirmation email, a tax invoice, a receipt, or a bank or card statement showing the transaction.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your original order.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your return once it's received, and a further 4 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund on their end.

International Returns

If you're returning an order from outside Australia, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll refund the original shipping cost you paid on that order.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email hello@methodicalskin.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. One of our team will confirm the next steps and, once approved, send you instructions for sending your order back to us.
